Thank You T, for the honesty, I'm going to hold on to that mantra WILLPOWER IS NOT ENOUGH!

THANK YOU for this post!!! You might not have any idea how much I needed this RIGHT now...at 12:20 a.m. But thank you SO much for this. I'm struggling with food. I just recently admitted to myself that I'm addicted to it. That's the 1st step (and a hard one for me). From here, I take it step by step FORWARD.

great post - I'm starting to get their with my exercise. I've gotten up for 3 weeks at 5:00 a.m. to run, so far so good.

Did you start with the removal of everything white and then go from there? I need a jump start on this weight I've gained over the past 3 years!
