I Did It!!! 60lbs Down! Woohoo!
I started 2007 off with a goal to lose 60 lbs. Well, I am happy to say that as of 12/17/07 I reached my goal! I'm so excited! It feels good to have stuck with a healthy eating/lifestyle change for an entire year! Now this is my life...healthy, happy, whole, strong and relaxed!

Tiare you look fabulous!! I am sooooo proud of you. Losing weight is like breaking an addiction, I know its not ez at all. Your strength and determination has really paid off. We have had many conversations about lifestyle changes, and healthy eating. I am glad to see that you were able to achieve your goals.
