1st Anniversary Crop!!!

Well the Classy Coordinates 1st Annual Anniversary Crop has come and gone and it was a blast!  We had  so much fun!  With croppers coming from as far away as Ohio and Alabama to croppers from my own backyard, we were sure to have a good time.  The ladies began arriving around 8:30am and the fun began at 9am with breakfast, games and giveaways starting right away!  The ladies enjoyed tons of giveaways, great make-n-takes, wonderful goodie bags, fun shopping and delicious meals!  This was definitely a crop to remember.

It was so nice to meet everyone and to see all of their wonderful layouts and just to laugh and chat with members and non-members alike.  I am so grateful to all of the ladies who took the time to come and share this special occasion with me and hope they will come again next year for our 2nd Annual Anniversary Crop Celebration!

If you didn't make it, that's ok you can experience some of the fun and excitement through our photos.  You can check them out by clicking on the Anniversary Crop Photo Album listed on the left.  Enjoy and maybe next year you'll come and take part in the festivities!

Enjoy,

Tiare.

Building a Scrapping 4 Others Business!

OK, many of you know I own a Scrapping 4 Others business Memories 2 Hold, as well as Classy Coordinates.  Over the years, I have helped many scrapbookers who wanted to establish a "scrapping 4 others" business.  The number 1 question I get is "How did you get started?" and "How do you get new clients?"  The simple answer is advertising.  Whether it be by passing out custom brochures, word of mouth, giving scrapbook gifts, passing out business cards, doing press releases, paid advertising.  I did it all!  I still do it all.  Isn't that expensive?  You bet, it can be.  However, i've gotten clients locally and as far away as California...remember I'm in Georgia!  How, they found me....my web site, business cards, a brochure I gave away, years ago!  However, those I did not come into personal contact with, found me on the internet.  It's the combined efforts that have made it successful.

I truly believe in this business and would love to see everyone who has established an s4o business succeed.  There is enough business to go around.  The public just needs to be made aware of our services and our services need to be easily accessible and readily available in our communities and across the country.  I believe their is strength in numbers and Scrapbook Designers can have a mighty voice.

I have recently established the Scrapbook Designers Network.  It is a web site committed to bringing potential clients together with Professional Scrapbook Designers, as well as educating consumers on the benefits of preserving their memories. As a matter of fact, today is the first day that the site is live!  It is intended to not simply be a listing online that sits and no one knows it exists or can find it but a site that will be publicized to a variety of potential clients.  It is my hope that it will serve as a directory for those looking for local designers and that it will bring needed clients together with designers who will give them one of the best gifts they could have...the keepsakes that will last a lifetime, their memories, their stories.

Stop by, check it out.  Let me know what you think. http://www.scrapbookdesignersnetwork.com
